Such question should be answered by telling the interviewers some relevant example from your past that prove your suitablity for the job applied for. If you have a little experience, tell them about your education / knowledge and give examples of situations that demonstrate your key strengths (energy, positive attitude, motivation, determination to achieve the goal etc.). Your] answer should be oriented to the job you have applied for. Confidently list out your skills and personality  traits that can make out your suitability for the job.
