•How do you go about resolving conflict with your supervisor or manager?

While answering behavioural questions, keep the following points in mind :
(1) Always be polite and show your positive attitude.
(2) Never pose yourself as a person, that never commits mistakes, as the interviewer understands it well that none is perfect in this world.
(3) Never criticise anybody, whether your present or previous employer, .your supervisor, your colleagues etc.
(4) Support your answers with true stories and examples.
(5) If possible, you can support your answers with demonstrative charts.
(6)Never try to bluff the interviewer, or tell any story, that reflect you as a liar.
(7) Do not boast. People on the other side are very shrewd and experienced and can see through you well.
(8) Whenever you talk about achievements, don’t forget to give credits to your team, your colleagues and your boss who guided you.
(9) When talking about yourself and your aspirations, talk straightforward with clarity about your aims and objectives.
(10) Don’t try to encash the interviewers by telling about your personal problems.
